Strawberries

The strawberries are in season, so now is the time to eat them in bed. Naked, possibly with a discarded condom wrapper and one of those squirt-bottles of lube in plain view.

Their plump redness goes well with the sight of sweat-slick buttocks, skin blushing and glowing. Sprinkle on some freckles if you have them.

After, not before. This is important. They are best appreciated in the satiated languor of postcoital snuggling, the juicy sweetness mingling with the aftertaste of lust.

Umm..I'll have to put those to the test.

They sound very delicious in bed x

Whipped thick cream leaving trails....

If strawberries are out of season is it ok to improvise with pickled onions?

Go on, you know you want to.

With strawberries, it's a perfect day Elise:)

Charlotte, you've got the right idea - it's all about summer food. Whereas Luka seems confused about the seasons: You only bring pickled onions to bed between November and March. Get your seasons right, and all else will fall into place...

How about chocolate-covered strawberries? Too messy?

Luka said...

Um...which part of "*If* strawberries are *out* *of* *season*" indicates I am confused?

Just cos I didn't say something sexy.

Humph.

Is there ever a season when pickled onions are in?

However, when is cucumber in season?

Luka, it merely seemed to me that you weren't clear on the seasonal appropriateness of in-bed picnic food. My apologies for writing "seasons" when I should have been more specific.

OK, I was in a rush to write something amusing about pickled onions. I confess! I imputed to you a confusion that you clearly do not suffer from.

Anyway, yes, chocolate-covered works.

And if all else fails, there's always cucumber.

I don't usually like the poetic, but I do like the evocative. Which this rather was. Very nice.

I was eating strawberries when I read this.

I ended up with cream in some rather awkward places.

Reading this, an image of myself and my 'better' half popped into my head, testing this out.. I must concur and mimic elise with: how astonishingly delicious...
And sensual. And touching, I feel.

By Jove, I adore your writings, by the way. JJ x

Which reminds me, I really need to go to Sainsburys.

Suz, here I'm writing smut, and all you can think of is that you need to top up your groceries. I have clearly failed :)

We women can juggle. You turned me on AND reminded me that I need to go food shopping.

Plenty of freckles here for sprinklin'.... x

MonMouth said...

You may have a few freckles to spare, Anakalia, but do you have strawberries?

I got nothing to add, except:

Yup.

(Thanks for writing and publishing!)

Oh my word, Mon behind the curve.

Been eating strawberries in bed prior to Wimbledon and supplying our own grunts in lieu.

I *think* Cornish new potatoes are in season now as well although that would really depend on the partner.

Yummy! My nickname used to be Strawberry Girl. ;) They're still my favorite fruit. I love rolling them in ginger sugar and eating them sloooowly. Sweet and tingly on the lips!
